A little about me
Horseback riding, painting, researching nutrition, anatomy, and kinesiology, working out, especially weight lifting and boot camps! I love to teach myself new things, right now, I’m working on long-boarding.
Experience
Growing up, I was never the “fit” kid, I could barely make it through the mile run in P.E.! While on the equestrian team in college, I decided that was all going to change, and I told my coach that I was going to become a superhero. I fell in love with fitness and nutrition, and the rest is history. I know what it’s like to feel intimidated walking into a weight room and how overwhelming it can be to juggle eating well, working out, and still have time to get everything else done. I love customizing plans to help people find sustainable solutions that fit into real, everyday life. Fitness doesn't have to be scary, and the hardest part is just showing up. Let me help you get started!

EFT Training reserves you a selected number of times with the trainer each week - The sliding scale lowers in price as you increase the number of sessions.

A 3 month minimum commitment is required to sign up for EFT monthly pricing, after the 3 months the agreement will continue to auto bill at the new lowered monthly price until otherwise cancelled or changed.
The agreement is only month to month after the 3 month commitment is met. |
