    A little about me

    Interests
    For starters, I love strength training and connecting with like minds, especially at the gym.  I also like to travel, read, and play video games.  I have a love for animals, so much so that when I was younger I wanted to become a veterinarian.  
     

    Experience

    I ran track and field in high school but, my love for weight training and overall exercise physiology really started after high school.  I used the gym as an escape that grew into a passion.  I began training competitively for powerlifting competitions at both a local and national level, which then lead me to wanting to further my educations and turn my passion for health and fitness into a career.

    Need things slowed down a little?  Then the hour is the perfect choice for you - Or you can use it to go all out for the entire time.

    Save more with EFT Training

    Monthly Auto-Billed Training

    EFT Training reserves you a selected number of times with the trainer each week - The sliding scale lowers in price as you increase the number of sessions.
    A 3 month minimum commitment is required to sign up for EFT monthly pricing, after the 3 months the agreement will continue to auto bill at the new lowered monthly price until otherwise cancelled or changed.
    ​
    The agreement is only month to month after the 3 month commitment is met.
