I’ve always been interested in health and nutrition. In high school I developed my passion for
more individualized sports that push you to test your personal limits in order to help the overall
team. I began competing in multiple club and league track teams. I then furthered my passion
by competing at the collegiate level which has developed my mindset and skill set for coaching
youth track and field. Upon graduating from college, I began lifting more regularly and turned to
bodybuilding for an extra challenge. I fell in love with the process and preparation. I have
competed in five different shows and earned my Professional Bodybuilding status in 2018. I
have been teaching classes at Good Life Fitness for the past several years and love challenging my
clients to new levels, and also providing them with opportunities to see their full potential and

I love anything outdoors, from running, camping, swimming, or even yard work!
Teaching and coaching are my true passions. I am in my 7th year of teaching high school
Spanish and coaching Cross Country and Track. I also enjoy cooking and love coming up with
new recipes from scratch. Traveling is my favorite thing to do over long weekends and during
the summers. Traveling to all of the states and at least 15 different countries is a bucket list
goal for me! I also adore animals, especially my two dogs, Piper and Charlie.
