    I stay active by playing basketball, softball, slack-lining, being outdoors, and playing with my daughters. 
    I am fascinated by how the human body works and what it is capable of doing. For that reason, one of my hobbies is researching all I can about the body and what makes it tick. Another true passion of mine is being outside working on my lawn and landscaping.

    Experience

    After playing sports and staying active my entire life, I decided to pursue a career in personal training. I played football in high school and continued in college. I also played soccer in high school. After a few years I wanted to get back into the fitness field, so I became a  personal trainer in 2015.
    I knew that because sports-related injuries are so common, I've had to deal with my fair share of ailments myself. A newfound passion came out of my own pain. As I dove in to fix my own body, I found the tools to help others avoid injury as well as how to help with preexisting injuries or ailments.
