A little about meInterests
Wisconsin born and raised, I came to Nebraska to pursue my degree in Psychology. I’m passionate about health and fitness, but more importantly, I’m passionate about creating balance in life. Most days, you’ll find me strength training, working on my education, and running around with my puppy! I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen with nutrient dense foods, but I can’t pass up a good dessert when I see one. ExperienceMy fitness journey began in high school as a long distance runner. Running taught me how to create healthy habits, but it wasn’t until I found myself lifting weights that I felt strong and empowered in my own skin. I then decided to pursue this passion and gained my certification as a personal trainer. Additionally, my education in psychology has taught me a lot about the barriers to fitness and understanding what prevents someone from reaching their goals. I intend to apply my knowledge both in personal training and psychology to my client’s goals in order to promote the greatest success.

EFT Training reserves you a selected number of times with the trainer each week - The sliding scale lowers in price as you increase the number of sessions.

A 3 month minimum commitment is required to sign up for EFT monthly pricing, after the 3 months the agreement will continue to auto bill at the new lowered monthly price until otherwise cancelled or changed.
The agreement is only month to month after the 3 month commitment is met. |
