    Danniel McManaman

    After losing 125lbs in 2012, I decided to help others on discovering the benefits that I found through fitness.  I have been personal training since 2014 and have been working at Good Life Fitness since 2013.  My certification mainly focuses on core stability training as well as the importance of breathing with the movements, after an L4/L5 back injury the process has helped me better understand injuries from the perspective of a client.

    Interests  
    I love what I do for a living, lifting is a huge passion of mine as well as cycling outside going to and from work.  I’m an avid reader.  I also really enjoy cooking, I come from a family of chefs, so I take pride with my work in the kitchen.  More recently I have grown to love gardening and landscaping as a way to keep me busy outside of work.

    Monday - Thursday : 4:00PM-6:00PM
    Saturday : 7:00AM-9:00AM
