    A little about me

    Education

    I've worked in various positions at Good Life since 2014.   As a long term member of Good Life, I always loved taking Group Fitness classes.  In 2014, I decided to pursue teaching while working my 9-5 job.  A few years later, my love of teaching and helping others through fitness continued to grow, and as my personal focus shifted, I decided to make a career change.  In 2016, I completed my Personal Training certification, and joined the ranks of the training staff!  In 2018, I was promoted to Group Fitness Manager, and have loved helping to shape the Group X program and make positive changes.  I have a passion for helping people one on one in their personal fitness goals, but I also love training other instructors to do the same.  
    You can find me everyday in a class.  I love taking Boot Camp and other classes!  I'm an instructor who not only talks the talk, I walk the walk.  Classes, running, biking...you can expect to run into me in the gym or on the trail.  I love all things active, and spending time with friends and family.  I love to compete and play for the Internationally ranked No Coast Derby Girls.  I'm passionate about empowering strong women through fitness.
