I got into weight lifting and fitness back in 2007 and immediately fell in love. I also enjoy creating and making healthy recipes and sharing them with friends and family. Outside of the gym, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family.

EFT Training reserves you a selected number of times with the trainer each week - The sliding scale lowers in price as you increase the number of sessions.

A 3 month minimum commitment is required to sign up for EFT monthly pricing, after the 3 months the agreement will continue to auto bill at the new lowered monthly price until otherwise cancelled or changed.
The agreement is only month to month after the 3 month commitment is met. |
