    A little about me

    I have three very active kids.  Baseball, football, cheer, horseback riding, hunting & fishing you name it, they do it!  We are a very busy bunch!  I love going to concerts and sporting events.  Go Huskers!
    I throw the best parties, entertaining friends and family is one of my favorite things to do outside of our everyday life.

    Experience

    I have always been active, and grew up in competitive sports.  I coached youth track and field for eight years, and have always loved working out.  However, having children takes it's toll on your body!  My journey with Good Life Fitness began as a member when I was a stay at home mom just wanting to look and feel good in my own skin.  From there I began teaching Rev-X and TRX, which rekindled my love for coaching and helping others on their fitness journey.

    Save more with EFT Training

    Monthly Auto-Billed Training

    EFT Training reserves you a selected number of times with the trainer each week - The sliding scale lowers in price as you increase the number of sessions.
    A 3 month minimum commitment is required to sign up for EFT monthly pricing, after the 3 months the agreement will continue to auto bill at the new lowered monthly price until otherwise cancelled or changed.
    ​
    The agreement is only month to month after the 3 month commitment is met.
