    All levels of fitness are welcomed from beginner to advanced, a walking program to a sport
    specific program. I also LOVE HITT training, one of my personal favorites! If you are coming
    back from an injury and need a basic program I can get you back on your feet.

    Interests

    ​Fitness has always been a part of my life. I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t active. I went
    out for cross-country to do the workout instead of compete in the meets. My husband and I
    have 3 kids that are extremely involved in all activities. Watching them find their inner drive and
    pushing to what they didn’t think they could do is what I love more than anything. This is one of
    the things I try to help my clients reach. Knowing what potential they have and to get them to
    believe in themselves. Whether the goal is to lift a heavier weight, become more flexible, lose
    weight, or find that balance in life each client is different, as well as each workout for the client.
    This is one thing that I love about my job, being able to see and do different types of programs
    and have the client see great results!​

    ​Instructor of classes since 1996
    (Bootcamp, HITT training, TRX, KBX, Indoor cycling class, Mat pilates, Running classes, Biking
    classes, and mobility and flexibility to name a few)
    Middle Distance Middle School Track Coach for Lincoln Lutheran
    Personal Training clients of ages with all different goals and abilities
