InterestsFitness has always been a part of my life. I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t active. I went
out for cross-country to do the workout instead of compete in the meets. My husband and I have 3 kids that are extremely involved in all activities. Watching them find their inner drive and pushing to what they didn’t think they could do is what I love more than anything. This is one of the things I try to help my clients reach. Knowing what potential they have and to get them to believe in themselves. Whether the goal is to lift a heavier weight, become more flexible, lose weight, or find that balance in life each client is different, as well as each workout for the client.
