    A little about me

    My passion for exercise and health started at a young age.  I played any sport I could sign up for in high school, that’s where my passion for sports performance started.  After getting severely injured in a car wreck my senior year of high school and having to rehab my left leg into working shape, my focus changed from working on my own sports performance to helping others with theirs.  In the gym, I’ve tired my hand at both bodybuilding and powerlifting and outside of the gym I like to spend my time outdoors staying active with my dog Loki, listening to music, or grilling up all different types of food.

    Experience

    While in college for athletic training/sports medicine with a focus on injury prevention, I worked primarily with football, but also helped with basketball, soccer and softball/baseball.  Later at Chadron State College, I interned with the strength staff, working primarily with football, but assisted with softball, basketball, volleyball, and track   as well.  Post-grad, I took an internship with the South Carolina      Gamecocks football strength staff for the summer.  Since returning home, I have worked in various settings ranging from one-on-one personal training to coaching large sports performance groups.  Whatever your goals may be, I want to help you reach them.  Let’s get started today!

    Save more with EFT Training

    Monthly Auto-Billed Training

    EFT Training reserves you a selected number of times with the trainer each week - The sliding scale lowers in price as you increase the number of sessions.
    A 3 month minimum commitment is required to sign up for EFT monthly pricing, after the 3 months the agreement will continue to auto bill at the new lowered monthly price until otherwise cancelled or changed.
    ​
    The agreement is only month to month after the 3 month commitment is met.
