A little about me
My favorite thing to do is travel. I spend a lot of time with friends and family. I enjoy staying active by running and lifting and taking my dogs for walks. Sports are a huge part of my life, watching them, or if I am coaching them.
I found my passion for fitness during high school sports. I played football, golf, and wrestled. I found my love for physical therapy and helping others become stronger while playing college football. I have spent the last three years working alongside physical therapists, helping rehabilitate many different injuries. I believe that building a strong foundation of proper techniques, followed with consistency and progression, will allow you to achieve any fitness goal you set your mind to achieve.

Need things slowed down a little? Then the hour is the perfect choice for you - or you can use it to go all out for the entire time.
