Business Administration B.S. ACE Certified Personal Trainer Parenting, 8 years Interests My job happens to be one of my biggest hobbies. I love lifting and being in the gym. Outside of the gym, my kids keep me busy. I have two girls, Ava who is 8 and Lea who is 4. I love watching Ava dance and play softball. Lea is my sassy one, and definitely keeps me on my toes. Our activities together range from swimming, at-home dance parties, Friday night forts, zoos and whatever else strikes us as fun. When I do have some ‘me’ time, I love to craft, refurbish furniture and work on projects to update my house. I’m a busy body so I’m happy that my job, my girls and my lifestyle keep me on the go all the time. ExperienceI’ve been an athlete all of my life, and have always been interested and active with weight lifting. After having my first child, my body bounced back to normal easily. It was after my second child that I realized it was going to be a harder battle to get my body back. The process was long and very frustrating. I knew then, I wanted to take my love of weight lifting to assist other women go through that same journey. I am so passionate about helping females reach their fitness potential. Helping them build their own physical, mental and emotional strength has been so rewarding. I feel very fortunate to be a part of so many successful fitness journeys day after day.
